1. Introduction

Welcome to Stash Clicks ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stash Clicks website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Stash Clicks provides long-term data storage and analytics for Google Search Console data. Our Service allows you to:

  • Store daily Google Search Console data beyond the standard 16-month retention period
  • Track brand vs. non-brand performance
  • Monitor target countries and other geographic regions
  • Create and store custom taxonomies and filters
  • Access historical data and trend analysis

3. Intro Offer — First 250 Sites

We are offering special introductory pricing for our early adopters. The following terms apply to the "Intro Offer":

50% off standard storage pricing for 12 months. Intro Offer pricing is $5 per site per month or $50 annually per site.

Eligibility

Available to the first 250 accounts to enter valid payment details and activate the Stash feature. Once all 250 spots are claimed, the Intro Offer will no longer be available.

Fair-Use Policy

The Intro Offer is subject to a fair-use policy. This means the offer applies to accounts with a reasonable number of custom reports and filters. Specifically:

  • Up to 50 custom filters per site
  • Up to 20 custom reports per site
  • Up to 10 taxonomies per site

Accounts significantly exceeding these limits may be asked to upgrade to a higher tier or reduce usage to continue receiving Intro Offer pricing.

Renewal and Pricing After Intro Period

After the 12-month Intro Offer period ends, your account will automatically move to Standard pricing ($10/month or $100/year per site). We will send reminder notifications at:

  • 60 days before the Intro Offer period ends
  • 30 days before the Intro Offer period ends
  • 10 days before the Intro Offer period ends

You may cancel at any time before renewal. Upgrade options to higher-volume plans are available upon request.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Payment Terms

For paid features of the Service:

  • All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused portions of annual subscriptions

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By using our Service:

  • You grant us permission to access your Google Search Console data via OAuth
  • We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • You retain ownership of all your data
  • You may export or delete your data at any time

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (scraping)
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Upload malicious code or content

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
  • We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions
  • The Service depends on third-party services (Google, cloud providers) which may experience outages

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Stash Clicks and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without our written consent.

You retain all rights to your data stored within our Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

  • If you violate these Terms
  • If you fail to pay applicable fees
  • If we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
  • For any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stash Clicks is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
